Our founder owns a dog grooming salon in Vancouver Washington. Her job was ordering dog treats for the grooming customers. After the pet food recall of 2007, her trust in the treat industry was compromised. She worked with local dog cookie bakers to create corn, wheat and soy free dog treats. It was a difficult and expensive way to provide cookies for the grooming customers.
With a love for baking and an enthusiasm to create what she envisions, our founder created Mrs. Paws. She spent hours and hours in her kitchen testing recipes on her grooming customer's dogs and her own to create the attractive and mouth watering treats your dog enjoys today.
She says it was easy since she loves to bake for dogs and has a lot of fun testing recipes on them. With simple and time tested ingredients from most kitchens come the guilt free treats your dog will love. There are no preservatives or artificial anything.
